Rachael Stewart – The Billionaire Behind The Headlines @rararesources @rach_b52 @Mills&Boon #TheBillionaireBehindTheHeadlines #SharonBTB

Today I’m thrilled to be hosting The Billionaire Behind The Headlines by Rahael Stewart on behalf of Rachel’s Random Resources. Thanks to Rachel Gilbey and Harlequin Mills& Boon, for my copy of the book.

In Rachael Stewart’s latest Harlequin Romance, the second in her Claiming the Ferrington Empire duet, an invitation to Paris with a billionaire is on the cards, but only if Bree is brave enough to take it…

Can a playboy billionaire……capture her heart?

Bree has escaped the big city to heal her heart in a village bakery. But when notorious billionaire Theo walks through the door, emotionally guarded Bree discovers it’s not just her toffee pudding that’s hot and sweet! The man behind the headlines is charming but intriguingly cynical about love. Accepting his invitation to Paris could be a mistake—or the best decision she’s ever made…

This is the second book in the ‘Claiming The Ferrington Empire’ series. I am lucky enough to have read the first book and, at the time thought Rachael Stewart couldn’t beat that book. I was wrong.

This book picks up the story the day after the first book ends, even if you haven’t read the first one, this reads fine on its own too. This time the central characters are Theo, who has had to get away from Paris to escape a media storm. Bree, who helped Flick her best friend in the last book, did it with no second thoughts. She didn’t count on having to get cosy with real-life celebrity Theo.

The sparks are immediate between them and we see the chemistry grow as they get to know each other better. Bree begins to understand the man behind the headlines as he allows her to see the real him. Known for being a playboy, she sees behind the facade and realises there lies a heart of gold.

I was again transported to the gorgeous village and to the characters that are again so well written. Bree, what a sassy lady! I thought she was great. Theo is not all what he seems and as I got to know him better I could see why their chemistry was off the wall.

An emotional story of the path true love takes, and its never a smooth one. Especially when vengeful ex’s are on the scene and feelings are buried. Rachael Stewart has, yet again, written a story that swept me away with the romance and the passion of it all. I was cheering for Theo and Bree all the way. I loved Paris, I always enjoy armchair travels and Paris was perfect.

Rachael Stewart is my go-to author for romance since I discovered her work through my blogging. If you want romance, heat, passion as well as characters with heart and an interesting plot too, Rachael Stewart’s books are ones to try.

About Rachael Stewart

Rachael Stewart

Rachael Stewart adores conjuring up stories for the readers of Harlequin Mills & Boon and Deep Desires Press, with tales varying from the heartwarmingly romantic to the wildly erotic.
She’s been writing since she could put pen to paper as the stacks of scrawled on A4 sheets in her loft will attest to, and the lovingly bound short stories that her father would run off at work and proudly share out with his colleagues. Thinking it was a pipe dream to be published one day, she pursued a sensible career in business but she was really play-acting, achieving the appropriate degree and spending many years in the corporate world where she never truly belonged. Always happiest when she was sat at her laptop in the quiet hours tapping out a story or two. And so here she is, a published author, her full-time pleasure, a dream come true.
A Welsh lass at heart, she now lives in Yorkshire with her husband and three children, and if she’s not glued to her laptop, she’s wrapped up in them or enjoying the great outdoors seeking out inspiration.
